Nick Fudge

Nick Fudge has over 22 years’ experience of working with asbestos. During this time he has developed a thorough and detailed knowledge of the Asbestos Regulations particularly in relation to removal. He has held senior management roles for the majority of his career in the industry.

Andy King

Andy King has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Starting as a removal operative has given him an insight into working with asbestos from the most basic level. He rapidly progressed to supervisory and management roles overseeing and controlling projects worth in excess of £250,000.00.

Justin Priddle

Justin Priddle is our Bristol/ South West Operations Manager based in the company’s head office in Bristol.
The continuing success of the Company and its rapid but controlled growth has lead inevitably to an ongoing requirement for quality supervisory and management staff.

Justin, who has extensive experience and knowledge of the asbestos industry, uses his exceptional communication and organisational skills to motivate and manage the increasing number of removal operatives being employed by the Company.

He regularly carries out site audits, to ensure each of its sites are operating in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations and “ in house “ Company procedures.

Bristol Branch Director

Jake Manning

Jake Manning, who has been working for Rightway Environmental since its inception is the Branch Manager based at the company’s head office in Bristol.

Jake , who has been working in the asbestos industry for  10 years, started as an asbestos removal operative. As a result of his obvious ability, leadership skills and attention to detail he was quickly promoted to Site Supervisor, a role in which he continued to prove himself capable and in which he excelled.

Bristol Contracts Manager

Lee Flew

Lee began his career in the construction industry in January 2006 and has steadily worked his way up from an operative to supervisor, site manager, and now Contracts Manager — a role he has proudly held for the past seven years. Along the way, he also ran his own building and demolition company, gaining valuable experience in managing projects from the ground up.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys an active lifestyle that includes walking his dog, riding his motorcycle, going to the gym, and playing snooker. He takes pride in maintaining a balance between his professional responsibilities and personal interests.

Plymouth Branch Manager

Stuart Hercus

With over 18 years of experience in the asbestos industry, Stuart began his career as a trainee operative with the multimillion-pound company Pectel, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in all aspects of asbestos removal and site management.

He then joined Applecliff, a local Plymouth-based company, where he progressed to Supervisor, successfully managing projects ranging from small one-person jobs to large-scale operations with teams of up to 45 personnel. These projects varied in value from £200 to £450,000, demonstrating his ability to handle both detailed small works and complex, high-value contracts efficiently.

His next step was as a Contracts Manager for another multimillion-pound organisation, where he was responsible for securing and delivering a variety of large and small projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all work was met the highest safety and compliance standards.

Currently, Stuart serves as Branch Manager at Rightway Environmental, where he oversees all day-to-day branch operations, including stock management, preparing method statements, allocating labour, and ensuring project delivery aligns with company objectives and client expectations.

He prides himself on having a keen eye for detail, a client first approach, and a deep commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence. He conducts regular site audits and ensures all aspects of branch operations are compliant, efficient, and of the highest professional standard.

Regional Director Southwest

John Brown

John started his career as a skilled carpenter working for Aquarius Contracts where he progressed to Site Foreman and Site Manager. He has achieved many awards in the asbestos industry and has worked alongside well known organisations such as Wimpy Homes and The Kier Group. John’s largest project to date is a £120,000 contract with property services company Ian Williams.

Company Health & Safety Consultant

Andrew Ellis

Andy has over 30 years experience in Health and Safety and holds the coveted BOHS CCP (Asbestos ) qualification so is particularly well qualified to offer advice in relation to Asbestos issues.

He has fulfilled roles ranging from H&S Enforcement Officer for Plymouth City Councils Environmental Health Dept, H&S Manager of a Multi National Corporation to Director of several H&S and

Environmental Consultancies including ACE Consulting South West Ltd which he himself founded.

  • Andy also has BOHS P402,P403, P404,P405, P406 and S301 qualifications and is a Member of The Occupational Safety & Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

Janet Hall

Janet Hall has spent over 25 years in administrative roles and over 10 years dealing with the day to day running of busy asbestos removal contractors offices. She is highly motivated, efficient and totally customer focused.

Sammie Hall

Sammie Hall is our Office Administrator based at the Head Office in Bristol.

Sammie joined us shortly after leaving school but left to study at University for three years.

Following a number of years in administrative roles she has returned to Rightway to support the team.

Sammie brings a wealth of experience in various roles, interacting with clientele and supporting office systems.

Neil Govett

Neil controls the day to day financial affairs of Rightway Environmental.

Neil has a wealth of experience in the financial aspect of business and has been working in this sector for over 35 years for a variety of different companies. Neil has an I.A.B Diploma in Accounting and Advanced Book Keeping and also fulfils the key role of Credit Controller for the Company.

Samantha Turner

Samantha joined the company in January 2025 and is currently supporting John Brown, Stuart Hercus and Dominic Hussey in the Plymouth Office. She is committed to dealing with the running of a busy office, engaging with all clienteles, suppliers and Plymouth’s operatives.

Lisa joined the company in 2021 with 18 years of administration and marketing experience and a B.A (Hons) in Business and Human Resources.
