BUILDING LABOURER

We are looking for a BUILDING LABOURER to join our team in Bristol.
Job Requirements:
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site
• Digging pits, trenches and foundations
• Providing general maintenance of construction equipment
• Must hold a full uk driving license
• CCCS desirable but not essential
• Full training will be given
• The full-time contract will be ongoing with hours from 7.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday with overtime when required.
• Based in Warmley, Bristol but will travel and may stay away if required.
Hourly rate TBC.

We are currently looking for OPERATIVES AND TRAINEE ASBESTOS OPERATIVES to join our team in BRISTOL with an immediate start.

The role involves working around the South West areas and the right candidate must be willing to travel.

ASBESTOS SUPERVISOR

*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to oversee asbestos-related projects and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management and possess excellent analytical skills.

*Responsibilities*

– Develop and implement asbestos management plans in accordance with regulatory requirements

– Conduct asbestos surveys, inspections, and risk assessments

– Coordinate asbestos abatement projects and oversee remediation activities

– Monitor and evaluate asbestos removal contractors’ work to ensure compliance with safety standards

– Provide technical guidance on asbestos-related issues to internal stakeholders

– Keep abreast of changes in asbestos regulations and industry best practices

*Requirements*

– Proven experience in asbestos management and abatement projects

– Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing asbestos handling

– Strong analytical skills to assess asbestos risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

– Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities

– Professional certifications in asbestos management or related field would be advantageous
