Contracts Manager
I have over 12 years’ experience in the asbestos industry, beginning my career as an asbestos operative and progressing through the ranks to asbestos supervisor, working on both small- and large-scale projects. Since joining Rightway Environmental in 2017, I have consistently developed my skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities across a wide range of contracts.
Through dedication and hands-on experience, I recently advanced to the role of Contracts Manager for Rightway Building Services. In this position, I oversee project delivery, ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage teams on site, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Prior to entering the asbestos industry, I gained four years of experience within the building trades, contributing to projects including roofing, dormer constructions, extensions, kitchen installations, and tiling. This background provides me with a strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination, which supports my current role in contract and project management.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and supporting the Bristol Pitbulls ice hockey team. Most importantly, I value spending quality time with my daughter, particularly camping and travelling around Snowdonia and North Wales.
