Some buildings could have had asbestos removed from their boiler rooms 20 years ago but the standards today are very different. As a company, what we can find that has been left behind is debris, insulation debris and some raw asbestos insulation residue that can be found on pipe brackets, nut heads and walls. in 2022, this is no where near the standard expected today.

We visited this school in Bristol and under fully controlled conditions and a decontamination unit, worked to remove asbestos containing materials alongside an environmental clean. A 4 stage clearance test was conducted after the work was completed.
