Old concrete floor was carefully broken out and fully removed, revealing a previously hidden buried manhole. Rightway Building Services installed a new gully pot and upgraded drainage system to properly manage roof water and improve long-term performance.
 
New recessed manhole covers were supplied, set in place, and concreted in for a clean, flush finish. The floor was then relaid using traditional Victorian slabs, carefully matched to suit the character of the property and bring the space back to life.
