Rightway Environmental were recently instructed by principle contractors Bath Demolition to carry out removal works at Langley Park in Chippenham. The works which have been ongoing since the start of 2018 have been undertaken in seven phases across the large site consisting of 7 units.
The works involved the removal of AIB debris from the ceiling and AIB wall panels from the back of the old lift shaft area after further asbestos had been discovered.
Our IPAF trained Operatives used Mobile Elevated Working Platforms to safely access and remove the asbestos sheets that formed the ceiling.
During the course of the works the site was successfully audited by the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association who gave the site a 95% pass rate. ARCA commented on the professional attitude and knowledge of the Team undertaking the works particularly that of Simon Lewis, Site Supervisor.
