Our Rightway Environmental Asbestos Team recently completed specialist asbestos removal works within a domestic property, safely establishing a controlled working enclosure to remove approximately 8m² of bitumen adhesive from a bedroom floor.

Following the asbestos works, our Rightway Building Services team attended the property the next day to apply latex to the affected floor area, preparing the surface for the next stage of the refurbishment.
The works were carried out as enabling works for one of our housing association partners, helping to ensure the property could progress safely and efficiently to its next stage.
